The photos will be selected each week and posted on the home page of THAI Royal Orchid Holidays’s webpage under Photo Gallery.
THAI Royal Orchid Holidays has the right to select and display the photo image through the company media without prior notice.
Any pictures submitted by post or other methods will not be returned.
Copyright remains with the photographer but by entering this campaign he/she gives permission for Thai Airways International to use the image on its website and publications.
By entering this campaign, the entrant verifies that he/she has read the Terms & Conditions and agrees to abide by them.
Please note: Thai Airways International will select the best pictures to appear in our online gallery. Thai Airways International reserves the right not to publish your photographs. In the event a photo breaches any copyright or infringes on any third party rights, the entry will be removed and disqualified.
Legal conditions: By entering this campaign, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, and the following legal conditions.
"Thai Airways International does not claim any ownership rights in the photo you submit. By displaying or publshing your photo on our website, you hereby agree to Thai Airways International a non-exclusive right to use, delete or publicly display such photo."
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you own the photo submitted by you or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth here in,
(ii) the posting and use of your photo on our website does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and
(iii) the posting and use of your photo on our website does not result a breach of contract between you and a third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold Thai Airways International, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use or displaying of your photo.
Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of Thai Airways International is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, THAI reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Thai Airways International shall not be held responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to Thai Airways International, including but not limited to any misprints or typographical errors.
